Reclaiming Voice and Visibility (November 2021)

An inclusive climbing event with a focus on fostering the development of technical and relational skills to empower participants with confidence to take up space both intra- and interpersonally in their chosen sport(s) and communities.

Healing Through the Body (September 2021)

A guided, trauma-informed clinic for climbers to reconnect with their bodies through intuition and attunement—integrating somatic awareness, breath work and nervous system regulation for the building of embodiment as a container for connection and activity.

Embodied Expression in Relationships (November 2016; January 2017; September 2017; January 2018; May 2018)

A five-week process group drawing on relational psychoanalytic/psychodynamic concepts to support participants in exploring their internal and external landscapes with a strong focus on illuminating and loosening entrenched patterns of behavior and building tools for connection and communication grounded in a unique, authentic, and actualized relational voice.

Coming Home (September 2015, 2016)

A three-week psychoeducation group blending somatic inquiry (what’s happening in the body?) with nervous system education and body-based tools for those who are feeling disconnected from their bodies or emotions; who tend to overthink or over-give and long to feel more anchored; and who are healing from stress, burnout, or trauma, and desire a safe, integrative approach.
